Each panel location is defined, making panels easy to use in the field.
Placement plans can be generated picking up all bearing locations and showing
correct locations for easy setting. All panels are marked accordingly.
Panels are rarely stolen from the job site.
Material shortage delays are eliminated since
the entire system is supplied in one package.
Flexibility in types of building materials allows customers to specify to their
needs whether it be Doug Fir, Finger Jointed or most other types of material.
When scheduled in advance, we can hit target dates to ensure delivery of
your panels to coincide with the readiness of your slab.
Allow us to tailor your panel package to your individual need. Whether you
wish to include soffits, arches, stairs or whether you want panels built at
no more than a certain length to make them easier to handle.
Wood is very environmentally responsible material for use in construction.
It is our only replenishable and bio-degradable building material and it is
also very cost effective and versatile. It requires nine times less energy to produce
a 2x4 than a steel stud.
Building in a factory dramatically reduces wasted lumber from human error
and by re-using the wood that would normally be scrapped. This reduces costs
in lumber saved and reduces the cleanup times at the job site next to nothing.
