Design Process
From the time we bid your home to long after it is built, tedious records are kept of
customer specifications, changes that are made to the original plans and the
thousand other notes that go along with any building project. This truly benefits most home
builders as they will most likely be building each home more than once. This allows them to
achieve consistency in the homes they are selling.
Each house has a seperate file and is tailored to the home buyers selection of options.
Layout sheets depict exactly how the building will sit as per specifications. These sheets
can be printed out at normal blue-print size to-scale for larger houses that have lots of detail.
Custom layout sheets give you all those dimensions that are inconvenient to read or
sometimes non-existent.
For every building we can create a stacking order customized to your needs.
Panels that are to be unloaded first are on top of the stack and are ordered the way
you want them to be unloaded. This cuts down on time taken during the standing of the building.
No searching for that next panel, it'lll be rigt there on top waiting .
In the digital age, every industry is becoming more involved in new technologies.
Larger builders in the construction industry have advented a push towards on-line bidding.
While most of our competitors are dragging tooth and nail with reluctance to change,
long ago saw the many advantages of employing the necessary technologies.
