Framing
Unfortunately we can't dazzle you with cool pictures of shiny-new automated, computerized
framing tables with laser senor pnuematic hammers on robotic arms. Automatic nailing
bridges and computer controlled routers and automated framing tables won't be gracing our
factory for many good reasons. Most of these don't support the size panel that we build.
Nor do they support rake walls. These are two of the most important reasons, but also all
of these machines require constant supervision and manpower to feed the necessary materials.
If you've ever seen the proposed layouts for these factory automations, they just occupy entirely too
much valuable factory space for the amount of output you actually recieve from them.
However, we have made our own revolutionary advances in everything from material
transport and shipment to the layout of our factory for the smoothest possible flow of operation.
